Booking process for Creative Parties:
1. Submit a request using the buttons above and pay the deposit to book the party package you prefer.
2. Within 24 hours of the request to book, you will receive a Confirmation Email. Unless the instructor is not available at your requested time. Then you will receive an email with options to choose another time/date if the original request cannot be accommodated.
3. Once you receive a confirmation, the remaining balance is due within 2 calendar days (you will receive an invoice via email). If the balance is not paid by the due date, your booking will be canceled and the deposit refunded less a $75 planning charge.
4. If the alternative times/dates we provide do not work for you, we will refund your full deposit.
5. Bookings for Creative Parties are not final until confirmed with our Creative Expert.

If parties make you hungry, we’ve got you covered. We offer pizza and snack packages for your enjoyment. Or, you may bring your own (we can provide compostable plates, cups, napkins, and flatware for an additional charge).
We proudly serve large (18” size) pizzas from A-Town Pizza & Kabob House. Our pizza and snack packages include compostable plates, cups, napkins, and flatware.
Please Note:
Pizza topping options are: cheese, vegetarian, and meat lovers.
Additional pizzas may be added to any package for $42.
Additional kids may be added to the Kids Snack Package for $5 each.

Play Party Cancellations and Refunds
For cancellations requested by 5:00pm up to 5 days prior to event date: Deposits will be refunded, after applying a 10% planning charge.
Example: If your party is scheduled for Saturday, January 10th, you will receive a refund of 90% of your paid deposit — if you request cancellation by 6:00pm on Monday, January 5th.
For cancellations requested after 5:00pm 5 days prior to event date: Deposits will be refunded, after applying a 50% planning charge.
Example: If your party is scheduled for Saturday, January 10th, you will receive a refund of 50% of your paid deposit — if you request cancellation after 6:00pm on Monday, January 5th.
Creative Party Cancellations and Refunds
Our creative parties require extensive planning, inventory management, and staffing coordination. As such, we will do our best to accommodate cancellations and reschedule requests. However, please take careful note of the following, as there will be no exceptions.
For cancellations requested by 5:00pm up to 5 days prior to event date: Total monies paid will be refunded, after applying a 25% planning charge.
Example: If your party is scheduled for Saturday, January 10th, you will receive a refund of 75% of what you’ve paid — if you request cancellation by 5:00pm on Monday, January 5th.
For cancellations requested after 5:00pm 5 days prior to event date: Total monies paid will be refunded, after applying a 50% planning charge.
Example: If your party is scheduled for Saturday, January 10th, you will receive a refund of 50% of what you’ve paid — if you request cancellation after 5:00pm on Monday, January 5th.
For cancellations requested after 5:00pm 3 days prior to event date: Total monies paid will be refunded, after applying a 75% planning charge.
Example: If your party is scheduled for Saturday, January 10th, you will receive a refund of 25% of what you’ve paid — if you request cancellation after 5:00pm on Wednesday, January 7th.
Creative Party Reschedule Requests
All reschedule requests are subject to confirmation by our Creative Expert.
For reschedule requests received by 5:00pm up to 3 days prior to event date: No charge.
For reschedule requests received after 5:00pm 3 days prior to event date: A $100 rescheduling charge will be applied, to be paid upfront within 2 days. If the rescheduling charge is not paid by the due date, all monies paid will be refunded, after applying a 75% planning charge.
Example: If your party is scheduled for Saturday, January 10th, you will be charged $100 for a reschedule request received after 5:00pm on Wednesday, January 7th. If the charge is not paid by Friday, January 9th, your booking will be cancelled and you will receive a refund of 25% of what you’ve paid.
